It depends on what the survey finds around them. A handful of tabs on an otherwise healthy roof is usually a straightforward repair; widespread creasing or unsealing is storm damage worth documenting. We tell you which one you have, in writing, for free.
Why do my neighbors have damage and I do not, or the reverse?
Wind is streaky: gust corridors, tree shadows and roof orientation make one house take damage its neighbor skipped. It is also why your roof deserves its own inspection after a storm regardless of how the street looks.
