Do you only work on houses?
Homes are our specialty and our focus, including manufactured and mobile homes. We do handle flat and low-slope commercial work like TPO and EPDM for local business owners, but residential is the core of the company and the majority of every week.
Who will actually be on my roof?
Our crew, with the owner involved in every project. One lead runs your job from the first call through the final walkthrough, so you are never re-explaining your roof to a stranger. That continuity is the biggest practical difference from the big-box outfits.
Do you help decide between repairing and replacing?
Yes, and honestly. Roof under twelve years old with isolated damage and dry decking usually means repair. Fifteen-plus years with leaks in multiple spots usually means replacement. We show you photos of what we found and put the recommendation in writing. The call stays yours.
What areas do you cover?
