How fast can you get here in an emergency?

What should I do while I wait for you?
Stay inside and off the roof. Move valuables and electronics out from under the leak, catch water in buckets, and if a ceiling is bulging, relieve it with a small hole so it does not collapse at once. Photograph everything from the ground for your claim.
Is emergency service more expensive?
The emergency visit and tarp are priced like the urgent work they are, in writing before we start, and the permanent repair is quoted separately like any other job. If the damage is storm-related, both stages are typically part of the insurance claim we help you document.
Will my homeowners insurance cover storm damage?
Storm-event damage is usually covered, subject to your deductible and policy. What makes or breaks claims is documentation and deadlines. We photograph the damage as found, document the mitigation, and hand you a file your adjuster can actually work with.
Do you handle the permanent repair too, or only the tarp?
