Will a coating work on my roof, or do I need a new one?
That is the first question we answer, and we answer it with a moisture scan rather than a guess. A roof that is fundamentally sound with isolated wet areas is usually a good candidate once those areas are replaced. A roof that is saturated across the field is not, and we will say so instead of selling you a coating that traps the water underneath.
Is coating cheaper than replacing that section?
