How soon can you inspect a roof in Inverness?
Our Bushnell shop is about thirty-five minutes from Inverness, and Crystal River and Homosassa are a short way farther on. When a roof is leaking or storm-hit, we can usually get up on it the same day and put a written report in your hands soon after.
Will you inspect a roof out in the rural parts of the county?
Yes. Inspections take us to Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Inverness, Homosassa, Crystal River and Citrus Hills, plus the country roads scattered between them. A home on a few acres gets the same full walk and attic check as one in town. If you are unsure whether your road is in range, call and ask; it takes a minute.
What do you actually check?
Shingles or panels for cracking, curling, lifting and granule loss. Flashing at chimneys, vents, skylights and valleys. Pipe boots and seals. Decking for soft spots and sag. Gutters and drainage. And the attic side where accessible, for stains, daylight and moisture.
Should I get an inspection after a storm even if nothing looks wrong?
Yes, if the storm was severe. Wind damage often starts as broken adhesive seals you cannot see from the ground, and insurance claims have deadlines. A documented inspection right after the storm protects your claim window either way.
