It often helps in Florida right now. Carriers are dropping or surcharging aging roofs, and a documented, permitted, code-compliant replacement is the strongest answer. We provide the paperwork your carrier or a wind-mitigation inspector needs.
What happens if you find rotten decking?
We show you photos before touching it, and deck replacement is priced per sheet in your quote up front, so there is no mid-project ambush. Bad wood gets replaced, never covered over. That is a corner we will not cut on any roof.
