New construction roofs, built right from the first nail.
New builds, additions, lanais and screen enclosures across Sumter County, installed to Florida wind code and warrantied for ten years.
The install determines whether a roof reaches the lifespan on the box.
The roofing trade has a quiet truth: material matters less than the hands putting it on. A premium shingle nailed wrong blows off at half its rated wind speed. A metal panel fastened without the right clearance buckles in the first hot summer. Installation quality is the single biggest factor in whether a roof lives its full rated life.
We install roofs on new construction, home additions, garages, lanais and screen enclosures across Bushnell and Sumter County. On new builds we coordinate directly with your general contractor or builder so the roof lands on schedule and the rest of the build stays dry behind it.
Before the surface material goes on, we get the foundation right: deck thickness, attic airflow and ridge ventilation, underlayment, drip edge and flashing zones. Skipping that homework is how roofs fail early. Doing it is how our installs carry a 10-year workmanship warranty without making us nervous.
What we install
Every system a Central Florida build calls for.
Matched to the structure, the budget, and the Florida Building Code wind requirements for your site.
- Architectural shingle systems. GAF, Owens Corning, TAMKO and Atlas lines rated for our wind.
- Standing-seam metal. Concealed-fastener panels for homes that want to roof once.
- Ultra-rib and 5V-crimp metal. Cost-effective exposed-fastener metal for homes, barns and shops.
- Flat and low-slope membranes. TPO and self-adhering systems for additions and lanais.
- New-construction packages. Coordinated with your builder from dry-in to final inspection.
- Additions and enclosures. Tie-ins that match the existing roof and do not leak at the seam.

Why the tie-in is where additions live or die.
Additions, lanais and enclosures all share one hazard: the line where new roof meets old. Done casually, that seam is a leak with a delivery date. Done properly, with stepped flashing, matched slopes and continuous underlayment, it disappears into the roof and never gets thought about again.
We plan the tie-in before we quote, not on the ladder. That includes checking whether the existing roof’s age makes the connection wise at all. Marrying a new addition roof to shingles with three years left is money down the drain, and we will say so before you spend it.
Every installation is permitted with the county, inspected, and built to the current Florida Building Code wind standards for our area. When it is done you get the walkthrough, the paperwork, and a ten-year workmanship warranty in writing.

The Tippy Top standard
How every roof installation project runs, no exceptions.
These are not marketing promises. They are the operating habits that built a 4.9-star reputation across Sumter County, and they travel with the crew to every job we take.
- Licensed and insured in Florida. A fully licensed roofing contractor carrying complete liability and workers’ comp coverage on every job, every day.
- 10-year workmanship warranty. Our own labor guarantee on every new roof and re-roof install, sitting on top of the manufacturer’s material coverage, registered in writing before we call anything done.
- Permits and inspections. Every qualifying job is permitted in your name and signed off by a county inspector, so your roof is on record where it counts.
- Written line-item quotes. You see the number, the materials and the timeline before work starts, and what we quote is what you pay.
- Owner involvement. The owner is involved in every project, and one lead runs your job from the first call to the final walkthrough.
- A clean site, every evening. Landscaping protected, debris hauled, and magnetic nail sweeps across the yard and driveway before we leave.

Roof Installation questions, answered straight.
Do you work with builders and general contractors?
Yes, regularly. We coordinate scheduling with your GC so the dry-in lands when the build needs it, we show up when we say we will, and we handle the roofing permit and inspection legwork so your project keeps moving.
Can you roof my new lanai or screen room addition?
Yes. Low-slope additions are a specialty, including the membrane systems they usually need and the critical tie-in where the addition meets your existing roof. That seam is where cheap installs leak, so it is where we spend our attention.
What roof should I put on a new build in Sumter County?
Architectural shingles are the value pick and what most homes wear. Metal costs more up front and lasts two to three times longer with lower cooling bills. On a new build you have the rare luxury of choosing without tear-off costs, and we will lay out both numbers honestly.
Is a new installation permitted and inspected?
Always. The permit is pulled with the county, the roof is built to the current Florida Building Code wind requirements for our zone, and a code inspector signs off. You get the documentation, which matters for insurance and for resale.
What warranty comes with a new roof installation?
Two layers: the manufacturer’s material warranty, which on most systems we install is lifetime-rated, and our own 10-year workmanship warranty covering the installation itself. Both are registered and in writing before we call the job done.
